We designed and purchased our Confederation Log and Timber Framed house in a fast and furious way. Having our first design meeting with them on February '22, finalized and ordered in April '22 to logs delivered October '22!
Our sales rep, Brad, was eager to customize our home to our needs and willing to do whatever we needed to make our dream home come to life. Working with him to design our house was seamless and quick. Even last minute changes were quickly handled. He worked with us to get everything we wanted and stayed within budget (letting us know when our desires would take us outside of our budget).
Seeing our home partially built in their shop was a particularly amazing experience that our family with always cherish.
We assembled the house ourselves and were blown away at the attention to detail. Everything from how precise the dove tails were to how perfectly the timber framing fit into place.
Any issues, large or small, were dealt with in a timely manner - either with our sales rep or with the owners themselves. Always going above and beyond.
They were prompt with their delivery and scheduling.
There was always someone available to talk to, trouble shoot, or help from the first time we met until the end.
It was evident, every step of the way, that they cared about us and our experience with them. Would we every build another Confederation Log and Timber Framed home? Without hesitation.
