WARNING! This place is the worst! The have low prices BUT do not be fooled. Paying the extra money for the item is worth it as you will at least receive the item, on time, you wont have to follow up with rude people for 2 months and then receive a product that does not work. I have used this place twice now. I had a terrible experience the first time and should have stayed away, but with a lower price then other stores i decided to try again. What a mistake!. I ordered an item and was told 3 different times that our item would be delivered. After 1.5 months our item was finally ready. It was delivered missing the manual and a few parts and once installed the item did not even work. We called and no one would call us back. We received a return form via email with NO introduction, NO instructions and NO basic information. It was simply a form with out anything else. What kind of customer service is that? I called 2 more times and no one answered. I have no idea what is happening and what the next steps are other then figuring the form needs to be filled in. NO idea how this will end but i can tell you i have learned my lesson. I will never use them again and warn all others to pay the extra money and go elsewhere!.

This was my first experience buying a major appliance, in this case a washing machine. George (at the Toronto store) was knowledgeable, personable, and asked me the right questions so that he was clear about my needs. I never felt rushed to make a decision. He also spent time explaining other appliances that I indicated I might be interested in purchasing in a year or two. Altogether a very positive experience. I will definitely return, and I have already recommended this business to a few friends.

It funny how you think you know it all and have all these great ideas, and then, someone comes along who knows so much more. Morgan was extremely helpful and guided the selection of top quality appliances (at great prices!) for my new Kitchen
