Jamie Malamud helped us choose a microwave oven really impressed us with his knowledge, professionalism and demeanor. He listened carefully to what we said and came up with options that exactly fit our needs. We casually mentioned that we were also interested in a small gas cook top for our cottage and while we were browsing in the store Jamie came up with a unit on special at about a third of the retail price. It was better than anything equivalent that I've been able to find elsewhere and on the internet. What a deal! We were very pleased.

Morgan was our salesperson and he was very professional and was able to show us the things we needed and wanted. He was honest and told us the pros and cons of almost everything. He was politranx made the process a breeze. Would highly recommend the store and Morgan in particular

We had bought an apt size washer/dryer in the summer but did not need delivery until Nov.-Dec. Meanwhile we saw this item was price reduced twice. Both times, our salesman Mark Yakut at Ronson location was able to do price match. we appreciated his efforts.

I shopped around for a long time to get an idea of what appliances should cost as I have purchased my first home and am getting major renovations done. I was recommend to talk to Alex Polak and it was probably 15 mins in and out and my order had been processed. I had an idea of what I should be paying and Alex was able to provide pricing seemingly unattainable by anyone else I had talked to. In addition he said if I found anything cheaper, he would price match. I took that as a challenge. I tried for a few days but I couldn't even get close!

The store has very nice and amicable staff. Good products at better prices. It is worth going into the showroom but calling was super easy and efficient. Parking isn't great in the stripmall. Morgan made us feel like long term clients not just drive though costumers.
