For the love of Pete do not shop here
Never do I speak poorly about another business. But I gotta save anyone from going through what we are having to. So for the love of Pete do not ever go to stella’s fireplaces in St. Catharines. My fireplace was crazy expensive and from they day it was installed there was problems. It would leak inside my house and flood my dining room which they wouldn’t cover under warranty. Then shortly after it would just keep going out. Paid over 600$ for a new pilot assembly and a month later did the same thing. which again they wouldn’t cover under warranty. So had to pay them to come again and guess what. It’s going off AGAIN!! A day later! And The woman that works there is so damn rude as well it’s unbelievable. Nothing but attitude every time I call. And again it went off this keeps happening. This is our main heat source and we are getting into cold months. Then she has the audacity to tell us we are wasting their time they can’t keep sending someone out to fix our fireplace when they don’t even come out our way often.
For the love of god do not shop there!
