We had a home inspection done before we listed our house for sale. I called Boris at House adroit and he suggested some options I could try on my own before he came to the house to service the air conditioner. I was pleasantly surprised that he would give advice on how to fix ourselves ! Ultimately he needed to come he immediately serviced our call with 24hrs and provided prompt excellent service. I highly recommend him to everyone ! So friendly and helpful and gave us tips on how to maintain the Air Conditioner unit so that we wouldn't need frequent service
