I called several places to come take a look at our 6-yr old A/C. I got people telling me to replace the A/C unit without even looking at it, also very high fees just to come over.
As soon as I told Mark our issue, he gave me all the issues why our A/C was not working and possible fixes and rough estimates of the fixes. He also came the very next evening when I couldn't even get an appointment from other companies till days after.
He was very courteous and promptly did everything to determine the problem and in about an hour and half we had our A/C working.
