Servicing of geothermal furnace
Mark and his company are a hidden gem in the GTA HVAC community. He managed to fix longstanding issues with our geothermal furnace unit that no other technician had been able to resolve. He took the time to learn the specifics of our unit and consult with the manufacturer and was very good at explaining to me as the homeowner what the problem was and what my options were.
