Decks review in

Birkholtz did not get a permit for our deck 21 years ago. We sold our house and then had to pay to get the deck up to code. Kevin admitted the error and said he would work with us to compensate his companys oversight. We paid, and now he wont return our numerous phone calls. Unacceptable.
