I was impressed with the level of professionalism of the on-site crew. Both in the Toronto area and Winnipeg. I was disappointed that I didn't get more help unpacking and setting up the beds. They were very helpful taking them apart.

We highly appreciate your feedback and apologize it was less than perfect.
Normally, unpacking boxes is considered as an extra service and is not included in the basic price. We have professional movers but they are not professional handymen and do just basic furniture disassembly/reassembly, and if there is complicated or not regular furniture to be reassembled, we normally don't do that.
