Really Good Experience

We used Centennial to move from Edmonton to Vancouver and everything went very well: communication was prompt, everything was moved carefully and arrived unbroken. The movers were absolutely lovely and packaged, loaded, and unloaded our things very carefully. Centennial was very fair in their dealings with me, and both their agent Warren and the owner Victor was patient and kind dealing with me. I will recommend them and use them again.

Movers were good

We used Centennial to move from Edmonton to Vancouver and everything seemed to go well: communication was prompt, everything was moved carefully and everything arrived unbroken. There were additional fees that weren't originally quoted: If the truck cannot pull up right in front of your door, there will be a $100 long walk fee, and if the truck cannot fit into the place for unloading, as was the case for our storage unit, there will be an additional $250 fee. The movers were very nice, they were awesome. The bill just turned out to be a lot more than I thought it would be. We helped the movers bring all our stuff down to the truck because they told us there would be a discount on the long walk fee, but no discount was applied. We might as well have used a Uhaul for the price we paid. But, the move is done and other than the bill it was a painless process.
