Centennial Moving

We used Centennial Movers due to positive reviews, They phoned day before wanting to change pick up date, They delivered our goods which were to be held for storage which I agreed to pay and they confirmed pricing, We have to rush to find place to put it, drive through the night to be there, They said it was our problem and did nothing to help. Demanded money on delivery, I have no way of knowing we have all of our goods. They refuse to get back to me and discuss how this process will happen. Their weight number was almost 2000 pounds heavier than expected, and for that matter what the containers were weight out to when we had our home stuff put in the container. I now have to unload this by myself, kind of a bummer for a senior. I have been waiting for them to call for over a month now. Emailed them at least 5 times, Cannot get them to answer. If you want grief, this is the company to go with, and honestly as they say, " It is your problem ".
