Flooring Diva did an amazing job installing hardwood and carpet in our home a few years ago. We were nervous with our renovations, but Jessie put our minds at ease by helping us decide on the right type and colour that would fit into our home decor. We get many compliments on our hardwood all the time.
Recently, we went back to flooring diva to pick out an area rug. With a little one learning to walk, we required something large and plush. Again, Jessie was a great help showing us a variety of options that would fit beautifully in our home. She allowed us to take samples home to test colour schemes. Flooring Diva was able to customize and bind an 8x12 rug at a very reasonable price. It was soft and elegant and I no longer have to worry about my son hurting himself if he falls.
All of the staff that I encountered were very kind, helpful and professional. I was so surprised when I received a follow up from Jessie a week after we placed the rug. She genuinely cared about our satisfaction. I will definitely be going back to flooring Diva in the future!

I want to commend Kevin Bhandal and Keith and his installation crew for a fantastic job on my recent hardwood floor and carpet install. I had a lot of questions about handling pet damage and Kevin patiently answered all my e-mails and told me exactly what to do to prepare for the hardwood install. His crew were always on time, courteous and respectful of my property. They worked quickly and professionally to get the job done on schedule. Over the past 6 I have purchased product in fair sized quantities every month. Diva flooring may not have the best prices, but they are in deed fair prices. It is worth every penny as you can not put a price on the incredible customer service. There have been many times when there have been changes made to my projects and I require more flooring material. Upon a moments notice the owners of flooring Diva have made it their priority to help me out and resolve the problem. After experiencing a flood while my home was listed, I needed my mainfloor and basement floors replaced ASAP. Flooring Diva came to the rescue. The basement laminate floor was done in one day. They even found and replaced the baseboards I had taken off--totally unexpected, and saved me a lot of time. The mainfloor was a hand-scraped, wide-planked hardwood, and again, most professionally installed. There were a lot of angles and challenges in the layout, and it took a couple of days, but wow--what a job! The house was relisted fast, and I could not have done it without Flooring Diva. Great selection of hardwood and friendly staff helped us out and didn't complain at all after switching hardwood styles at least 4 times! They just wanted to make sure we were happy with our selection. Kevin was great to deal with, and very accommodating to our schedule. We've used Flooring Diva many times over the years for our flooring needs. It's a Georgetown business that has developed a solid reputation and that has grown to now service the GTA and beyond. They're open seven days a week and offer: friendly, prompt service: reasonable prices; and back their products. They are continually expanding and offering more. When we were considering tiling a bathroom we visited many tile supply stores in Brampton, Mississauga and Guelph. We were delighted when we stopped in at Flooring Diva and found that they had expanded. Of all the stores we visited, Flor Diva's had the largest display of tiles to choose from. Their showroom is spacious, well lit, and offers a huge selection of tiles and styles form a variety of manufacturers. There is something for all tastes.
At Flor Diva's, with Sandali's assistance, we were able to turn a concept for our bathroom into reality. She listened, then offered knowledgeable assistance in design and products. Her advice was both practical and useful. She went out of her way to answer any questions and made sure we were satisfied with the products we purchased.
