Had my rough re-shingled and eavsetrough replaced with the crew from Boston roofing and can't say enough about them. Very professional from quoting through to project completion. Explain everything very clearly and they pay attention to all the little details. Quotes were the most complete/detailed so you know exactly what you are getting.

You just have to walk around the block and look at other roofs, both new and old, from other companies to see the difference of how the whole package comes together very cleanly. Went above and beyond on the metal work.

Boston Roofing was great working with. Both the owner Carlos and his team were very helpful for any questions. Carlos invited me to their office to explain the different warranties and brands and would recommend based on budget or brands of choosing. We went GAF shingles and replaced our whole roof and aluminum. They did an excellent job and I inspected the roof myself after completion. You can clearly tell the quality of work on the roof versus other houses when you see from above. Carlo tries his best to give you the most competitive pricing for the best materials out there. I would say his pricing is right there in the middle of the pack of dozen roofing quotes. When they opened up the roof, they even found the previous roofers didn't seal the chimney which caused a lot of noise during wind storms in the house. They sealed it all up and the sound was gone now. I would highly recommend for the quality based on the price.

We had paint start bubbling on the ceiling inside our house over the winter and had several roofers come out, most of which shrugged and said it was snow related or just suggested a new roof. We could see that the roof looked to be in good shape, and really just wanted someone to figure out WHY the water was coming in. After being stood up by the last roofer to come out, I sent out three more requests for work, and Carlo called me back an hour or so after getting the email. He came out later that day, identified that the roof was about ten years old and in good shape, went up on the roof and found the issue (bad flashing on one side was allowing snow buildup to push water into the house).

His team was out the next day and fixed the problem in half a day with no mess, perfect work, and the repaired part of the roof looks identical to all the rest. We'd strongly recommend Boston Roofing and we'd hire them again in a heartbeat if we had issues.

We hired Boston Roofing to come in when we realized that our roof was leaking (it was only 10 years old). The came promptly and provided thorough photographs and information on what was wrong with our roof. They provided a comprehensive proposal to address what was obvious (the leaks) while also addressing what we didnt know about (severe moisture issues).

All of the work the did was thorough, as promised and prompt. They cleaned up everything and their employees were polite and seemed genuinely interested in doing a good job.

Ive heard a lot of horror stories about roofing companies and thats why I went with a local company who had been in business for many years and had a strong reputation.

The truth is this: you get what you pay for. Yes you can always find a fly-by-night company who can do things cheaper, but in the end you pay more with damage and having to redo the work. Boston Roofing charges very fairly given the quality of their products and workmanship.
