Bad company

purchased a fridge, stove, built-in oven, dryer, and dishwasher from Bills Appliances, all of which were delivered to my home on October 5th. When our contractor unboxed the fridge for installation on October 21st, we discovered that the size was wrong. I immediately went to the store to arrange an exchange for the correct size, and during my first visit, the staff clearly told me that an exchange was possible. Their website also states that returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

We had already agreed to pay a 20% restocking fee and cover the labor costs for uninstalling the fridge. However, when I returned the next day to process the exchange, you suddenly refused to honor the previous commitment. This kind of behavior is extremely irresponsible and shows a complete lack of integrity.

I have to ask, does Bills Appliances policy mean that once the goods are out the door, they wash their hands of it? This level of service and attitude is utterly unacceptable. My trust in your company has been completely shattered, and for a company selling high-value appliances, this level of service is extremely disappointing.

I strongly urge you to reconsider this situation, honor your commitments, and immediately take action to correct this highly unprofessional handling of the issue.
