Blueline came recommended by a friend. They were prompt with supplying boxes ahead of the move. Their movers were friendly enough but only ever used shrink-wrap to wrap our furniture, which of course did not protect the furniture at all. As a result, several pieces had their veneer scraped off completely in several patches the size of a townie. The moving van leaked oil at a furious rate all over the newly asphalted driveway. But the icing on the cake was the fact that the movers forgot to plug the motor of the deep freezer back in, so $800 of food went rancid. Blueline expects their clients to pay their own deductible if they put an insurance claim through to repay you - the customer - for your damage/loss. So I am left with no food, no freezer and an additional $250 bill!

Thank you for the review. Under new ownership Nov. 2015, we have made changes to improve all processes. This being pre- November claim we were obligated as per contract obligations to charge deductible.
