Canadian Steam Carpet Cleaning

They responded quickly and two men came on time. My husband and I wore masks. They did not. They worked quite quickly. When they were finishing I pointed to one stain I could see on the rug. They went back and removed it. The next day i noticed many other stains, similar to the first that needed a bit more work to remove. The dirt on the chair arms had not been removed. When I called the manager y, saying that I was not satisfied with the work done he offered to send them back the next week to fix things. I asked that he send different workmen. He said he would but the same men came. I pointed out the stains saying they needed the extra work that had been effective on the first. They simply went over the whole carpet again. The stains remained for the most part. They said it was impossible to remove the dirt from the couch and chair arms. However I was able to do it myself with detergent afterwards. I would not recommend this company.
