We came to look for a quarz countertop and fell in love with a slab porcelain from Italy instead. Robert answered our questions about porcelain patiently. He did not push us to buy anything. We left with his business card and called him 2 days later that we had decided to buy that specific slab.
He remembered and promised to hold the slab for 24 hours. He recommended an excellent fabricator and we are very happy with our new countertop.
