We scheduled always plumbing and heating to service our furnace in our rental unit because our landlord didn't deem it neccesary. We were planning to buy the home and wanted to make sure there was life left in the furnace. The technician went above and beyond to explain which components were in need of replacement and the life expectancy of the remainder of the unit.
