I think we pay less than $2000/year for irrigation start-up, repairs, service in a timely and very friendly manner, and winterizing. I amon a board for a 47 unit townhouse complex and have worked with the Scully's for about 8 years. They have been with our complex for much longer. I was voted down one year when I wanted to keep them when a new to us landscaping company had an irrigation service included in their platinum service package. Tom and Grant graciously agreed to come back the following year to end up doing several weeks of full out replacement of burst pipes from a shoddy blow out the system in the fall. They fit these repairs into their very busy start up season and charged us an extremely reasonable price.
I had always enjoyed working with them both but now they literally saved us. They are wonderful.
