We were in the middle of the hail storm on June 13, 2020. Called our insurance company on Monday, and rep from Epic came to our house on Tuesday. The work has been totally completed. There was a bit of a delay as one of the windows had to be replace and there was a backlog on receiving it. The crews doing the work ono our house were wonderful, Friendly, considerate, and clean. There was no music blasting , the dog did not get accidently let out. After the work was done, an inspector came from Epic to double check and to talk to us. I cannot say enough good things about the company. Especially compared to some of our neighbors' experiences.

While removing the old roofing material the contractors were throwing it directly on to a tree in the yard, breaking branches in the process. The only branch that didn't break had roofing material hanging off of it at a height that requires a ladder to remove. Careless and harmful.

Great company and crew. They make sure everything is done properly and check with customer to make sure everything meets their expectations. I would definitely use them again in the future.

The crew did a fantastic job. True professionals who worked hard and diligent completing the work in two days. They made sure that everything was cleaned up afterwards. Good follow up with great customer service. Thanks again!

We had EPIC install new roof a few years back, very good work. With the passage of time and a few storms some of the cladding came loose and was attracting wasps.
We called. They listened, were not defensive, committed to a few days out to remedy the situation.
EPIC did exactly what they said they would and when. They were never defensive, always polite, professional and you never talk to voice mail.
Highly recommend them.

I had a problem with leaking roof after a disastrous roofing job by another roofing company in 2009. The Epic estimator spent a lot of time on site and provided a detailed plan for fixing the problems together with a reasonable estimate. The installers spent a long day on site and it is evident that they paid attention to detail and did a very professional job. I'm very happy with the results. Too bad I didn't pick Epic in 2009 to do the re-roofing job and have it done right the first time.

We had an old roof over 25 years old and it was in need of replacement Epic not only went above and beyond they were always in communication with me over the project.
