In 2007 I have an Island property in Buckhorn that needed a new roof. I had a small leak that was coming inside and starting to leave stains. Bill was on-time when he came out to provide me with my estimate. He was the third estimate I receive, but the first to go up on the roof. While up there he mentioned he could see where the water might be coming in. During this estimate visit he applied a free application of silicone (my supplies) to the spots he thought were leaking to help stop further damage until the roof was repaired. He did this at no cost (about 20 minutes). His quote was also the best.
He worked unsupervised, removed the old layers of shingles, installed a fantastic roof, left the site clean and (4 years later) all is still great! I didn't know about homestars back then. I do now. I am reminded of this experience as this weekend we had a major windstorm (flipping airplanes at Peterborough airport) and my flashing has blown off. I am immediately going back to his great service.
