Waited until weekend was over to avoid weekend rates, however, should have used another plumber all together.

Was on-site for an hour, helped them do their work and was way over charged ($350 service call) plus one part which was supposed to be under warranty. Wasn’t advised of change in plans yet they went ahead with work without authorization. Tried to say they had to wait an hour to get part (call your store in advance - not my problem- yet you’re charging me for standing in line to get the part)!?

However was led to believe wasn’t going to be so costly and was NEVER told upfront only cash/e-transfer for job.
Totally unprofessional situation.
