Built a home 4 years ago, and was assured the best quality would be used to build the house with ease of mind. Forward 4 years, and just got a notice from ATCO that our furnace is rusted and has years of damage to it, which is not normal for any furnace with 4 years of wear and tear.
Asked the warranty to help, and they were nice but said due to the warranty they could do nothing. Found out from ATCO that Excel used the WORST furnace in the market. Even they were disgusted at the choice of product and that Excel knowingly installed it with a guaranteed quality stamp.
DO YOUR RESEARCH! DO NOT BUILD WITH EXCEL!! Save money and peace of mind with another company!!!!
