Yuri was hired to do an Eco Energy Evaluation of my house. He was very thorough in his inspection, using his knowledge and experience to point out the areas which would be most beneficial to upgrade. Yuri is very professional, he explained everything to me in details, took about 3 hours to inspect the whole house, from outside to inside, from basement to attic, not many inspectors today will go into the attic for a small house like mine (2 bedroom semi), so the attic inspection was the best part, and with that, he did find a tiny hole on the roof, which can be a big saving for future bigger problem.
