Yuri is a very diligent individual who was able to give us a great deal of knowledge about the eco energy program. He was flexible in appointment times, and was accurate in his ability to determine how long each procedure would take. His inspection was thorough and he was willing and able to explain many things listed in his report. He is very efficient and tidy in his work. We look forward to receiving his updated report and are thankful about the suggestions he provided to make our home more energy efficient. Our energy consumption is already starting

Yuri conducted his inspection very thorough and with due diligence. He identified a major defect on the roof that could lead to leaks in the future. He made no judgement but clearly stated the impact of these deficiencies and their consequences, and made recommendations for remediation. We were very happy and recommend Yuri's services for everyone who is looking for a reliable and honest home inspector.

Yuri did pre and post inspection with efficiency and was available by email for follow up questions. I was pleased with his work. He was able to inform us how the rebate program worked and the timelines.

We are the first time buyers and completely inexperienced in Canadian construction. We asked Yuri Olhovsky from Home inspections 4U to help us on a pre-delivery inspection. When we came for the inspection, the house was not completed. Much of the interior work was not done, and we had to re-schedule the PDI. Yuri was available to acommodate our requested time again and arrived promptly. He was very thorough and detailed, pointing out lots of big and small items that builder included into his PDI form. Yuri answered all our questions and was very professional in his approach. We were very satisfied with Yuri's services and would recommend him to everyone who is looking for honest and knowledgeable inspector.
