Murray came when scheduled and was very thorough friendly. and gave me explanations concerning the system, as we had never had forced air or central AC before. He also gave us tips on the maintenance of the system which we we were unaware of particularly the cleaning of the outside AC unit.

The technician Murray checked all condenser coils, flushed the condensate piping, ran the system through cycling to verify proper operation and checked and performed maintenance on the equipment.

First air conditioning in 53 years of owning the house. We had always assumed it couldn't be done because of our heating system (hot water), and windows (casements). Jay, Ben, and Todd worked for 2 days, did neat work, solved problems as they went, and cleaned up afterward. It works beautifully.
