From the Phone call to the follow up after installation was really satisfying. I had 4 quotes and had no idea about what was involved in buying a new heating system. It was night and day when i sat down with the advisor from Abbey Air. He was very knowledgeable and seemed very comfortable talking about the equipment. This company definitely delivered in all ways. The installation was clean and the boys were very nice. Great Job!!

On time on budget and very helpful. Kept saying furnace and A/C old and should be replaced, yet no problems encountered.

Abbey Air, Oakville, has been serving us for at least 12 years. This winter when our 15 year old furnace died the company came to our rescue. A fellow came by within two hours of our call and gave us a quote for replacing parts but considering the age of the furnace he suggested we receive advice and a quote for replacing the whole furnace. After listening to the sales rep later that day we decided to take this option. Jay and Ben arrived early the next morning and got to work immediately. We were so impressed with their efficiency, cleanliness and how quietly they were able to work. They were a real team and I knew we had made the right decision., as usual whenever we call upon Abbey Air.

Abbey air is always prompt and honest. I have used them many times over the years and I am always impressed with the service men. They always ask if I have any more questions and make sure I understand the repairs they have made. They also recommend ways to make our furnace and A/C more efficient.

The installers, Tony and Ben, were technically competent. They explained the furnace operation and answered all of our questions satisfactorily. They corrected original problematic installation issues. They were courteous and were careful to avoid damage and dirt. We were impressed and pleased with the installation. ​

Chris Moran did the inspection. Very knowledgeable and quite willing to answer any questions ... plus a few I was too dense to ask. Blessed with a great gentle sense of humour.
Frank came to explain what was up and the options available. Again, I was given answers to all of my questions. He also also was very knowledgeable and embraced a wonderful sense of humour.

I had just upgraded our furnace with another supplier, but I wanted a heat pump for environmental reasons to take furnace load off in winter and air condition more efficiently. The furnace supplier did not provide heat pumps, so I contacted Abbey Air. The newly installed furnace was high efficiency, but was not providing comfort in parts of the house that the old furnace had warmed nicely. We were in back and forth discussions and visits by the supplier without any improvement. Abbey Air came in and installed the heat pump and made adjustments to the furnace which resulted in the house becoming more comfortable than ever: they solved the other company's problem at no charge. Devon Williams, the advisor, was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly: I felt from the beginning that I was in good hands. Abbey ran into some compatibility issues with the furnace and thermostat, which they addressed quickly, keeping us in the loop (and warm and comfortable) throughout the process. Everyone was personable and engaged in an open and frank way. This was a very satisfactory experience all around.

We called abbey air when our furnace was leaking gas and we couldnt use it, and it was -10 ! Technician came to check the furnace and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Repair was a little expensive, and due to age of furnace we decided to replace unit instead. Sales rep came to discuss options the same day which was nice. Decided on furnace and the next day it was installed! Installation technicians were also great! Friendly and explained everything.
