This professional cleaner is miles ahead of any competition - honest and upfront discussion of our needs BEFORE he started. He gave us very helpful personal cleaning tips to maintain our carpets and furniture ourselves in between professional cleanings. He doesn't try to sell you more than you want and is fast, efficient, on time, and considerate. Perfect job!!!! We are VERY pleased.

Arrived before scheduled time and explained what he could and couldn't do before he started. Also explained that the wear in the carpet won't look the same as the non traffic areas.

I'm so glad I checked on Home Stars and read Dan's prior reviews. He certainly lived up to his reputation! My very light carpets in a den, living room, dining room, bedroom, and walk-in closet, plus the cleaning of a 5x7' rug were done quickly, but with great results. There were several spots that had been there a long time and most have either disappeared or significantly lightened. Since I have allergies, I really appreciated that there was no real scent to his cleaning products. As he was making his way out of my apartment, several other residents walked by and oohed and ahhed when they saw the results of my cleaning through the open doorway. Some asked for his card right away. His willingness to pass on a lot of tips is a real bonus. I'd absolutely recommend Dan to others!

Dan arrived on time, has up-to-date effective equipment. He was thorough, careful of furniture and baseboards. The cleaning product he uses is effective, but not toxic. I recommend him to my family and friends.

4 bedrooms, full basement and 2 loveseats. In 18 years of getting Dan's help, always top shelf. If he is not the best in the business, cannot imagine what else a guy has to do.
