Dan has cleaned my carpets several times over the past 3 years and always has done an excellent job. He does his best to ensure that all stains are dealt with - thank goodness because I have very light colored carpeting throughout. Don't hesitate to call Dan when you need your carpets and/or upholstery cleaned. He always responds immediately and you can count on him to be on time. It's no wonder that he's still in business after all these years! UPDATE: Soon after Dan left, I knocked over my travel mug full of coffee. Over the phone, he suggested what I could try by myself, then followed up with a text to see if it worked. Since I wasn't as successful as I would have liked, he offered to come back today and retreat it. Thanks, Dan, for going the extra snowy mile!

I'm so glad I checked on Home Stars and read Dan's prior reviews. He certainly lived up to his reputation! My very light carpets in a den, living room, dining room, bedroom, and walk-in closet, plus the cleaning of a 5x7' rug were done quickly, but with great results. There were several spots that had been there a long time and most have either disappeared or significantly lightened. Since I have allergies, I really appreciated that there was no real scent to his cleaning products. As he was making his way out of my apartment, several other residents walked by and oohed and ahhed when they saw the results of my cleaning through the open doorway. Some asked for his card right away. His willingness to pass on a lot of tips is a real bonus. I'd absolutely recommend Dan to others!
