My vacuum cleaner wouldn't suck in anything - after I vacuum my room I still notice pieces of hair around. I spent over $300 on the vacuum cleaner so I would like it to pick up all the hair in my room. I let Joyce take a look at it and she was able to identify the problem and fixed it for me for a reasonable price.
