Floor Laying & Refinishing review in

Disappointed in the Installation of my new flooring. Installers were rushed even after telling them not to. Didn't not use spacers for my new tile, did it by eye.....not impressed. Had to clean up all the old carpet and garbage myself. The two installers left nightly messes included saw dust on my new carpet they had just installed.
Calling the store to complain got me no where.....took me forever to get a return call and then when they finally got ahold of the installers to return for warranty they couldn't or wouldn't make repairs because they said they would have to take out numerous hardwood boards.....that's how bad.
Terrible and disappointed is an understatement.
