Computer Trends Canada Inc

Had an issue where the computer was making a progressively loud sound sort of like an airplane engine. I thought it was an overheating problem as the loud sound did start right away. This only happened after about 30 mins or so of use. Went to Computer Trends to inquire about getting a cooling system and was shocked when the tech told my my computer was fine and just needed to be dusted. Turns out the was so much dust on the fan that when ever is sped up it made that loud noise. I bought a can of compressed air for $5.00 and dusted the inside of the computer myself. I was impressed with the service I received as the tech told me exactly what was needed to be done and in turn saved me from buying a part that was not needed.

When shopping for a router I called several places to get the best price I could. Computer Trends had the same prices as futureshop, so I went with them.
I got my router and brought it home and couldn't figure out how to install it. I called the manufacturer and they were worse than useless. i called my internet provider and they were useless, too. so i called the store. they were simply amazing. after spending an hour on the phone with me trying to coach me through the installation they suggested i bring both the router and my computer (not bought from them) in. I did and they helped me right away. They not only set up the router, they fixed a few bugs in my computer for free. Then they carried the computer out to the car for me.
Their support went above and beyond what i could have hoped for, and I intend to buy from them again in the future.
