I have no record of service call request regarding window warranty as I do not even have your name, address, contact information that I am able to confirm if you even bought windows through us.
Our windows are CSA tested & certified and Energy Star compliant and come with "Lifetime warranty".
You are mentioning "calking", it is subject to annual maintenance to be done by the home owner. It may need to be re-applied as per "Ontario Building Code" and is part of normal wear and tear. For example; when you car wiper blades or tires wear out, you do not call to the car builder or to the lawyer.
