Rymar Home Insulation 2006 Inc

With my new home with a walk out basement, I was getting ice buildup inside my vapour barrier. The insulation company, Rymar, came back multiple times to “fix” it. 5 times I took off work to be here for appointments. 5 times no one bothered to show up. They’ve since spray foamed my basement wall but haven’t put in the proper thermal break with is against code. Maybe they don’t actually know what they’re supposed to do. 3 years later, still having issues with ice in my basement. If at all possible, do not use this company.
