Response to malfunctioning fireplace

After struggling for over 5 years with a new fireplace from Chantico Fireplace, owner Rory responded to our dissatisfaction this season. He apparently hadnt received our requests previously. Rory replaced multiple parts and new plaster work that had been damaged as a result of the misfiring starter. Rory covered the cost of the parts his team replaced as well as the service call. The professional response and commitment to assist if future repairs are required has been very much appreciated.
