The product is great, however getting it delivered was a nightmare. It took over a month to get the Whirlpool washer and dryer to be delivered to my Toronto apartment. Their service number 1-866-845-3976 routes you to the Philippines where they know nothing about the delivery times and they cannot access the delivery trucks. Several times I waited between the hours of 12-6pm and no one came or called. I had requested a call at least 30 minutes before and they forgot. I was unable to get to my apartment (only 5 minutes from my work) when they decided to come. Once they tried delivering on a Saturday when I specifically told them I would be out of town. When the washer and dryer were finally delivered, I let them in and then had to return to work. When I returned my doorman told me they would not install the units because they said I needed a venting kit and proper hoses. These items were in the Dryer! No one phoned to tell me this. I ended up getting my own plumber to do this. In all fairness my sales guy tried to help me through all this but he was as frustrated as I was ! I did get a credit for delivery and installation but I was so inconvenienced without a washer and dryer for over a month! I will never buy another product from Sears that requires delivery.
