My father, who is now deceased had hired Let it Rain in 2013 to repair his flat roof on his home that he designed and built in 1970. During the repair my father always commented to me on the professionalism of work being performed, specifically how thorough they were in every aspect of the job. He was an architect, so he knew what to look out for.
Fast forward now to 2020 and I called due to a bubble that appeared in one corner. My contact was through email and the very next day I was contacted by Bruno who told me that I would hear from them later in the week to schedule a time to look at the problem. As promised, I was indeed contacted by a very kind and professional lady, Chanelle stating they would be over in a day or two.... next day their senior technician AJ ( who worked on the roof in 2013) came out, looked at the problem, also noted their were some cracks in the brick work that may have been a cause of the small leak into the carport. After 3 hrs. he had the problem fixed and even patched up the area on the brick. I can understand why my father initially hired Let it Rain as they are truly a “top notch” ( as my dad would say) company. Exceptional from the beginning to the very end.
