The design and build team of Gerry & Lindsey Anacleto has made our first experience of building a custom home seamless, educational and fun.
While most builders discourage you to visit the site and ask questions, Gerry & Lindsey encourage you to join and learn as they build. Explanations on building process and certain ways of completing different parts of the home became an educational experience.
The workmanship and quality of materials used were of the highest quality and the trades were respectful and welcoming. We were at the site daily and everyone on site made sure we had clear walking paths, out of harms way and even posed for some pictures.
The Anacleto team have gone to great lengths to build our dream home in a timely, efficient manner all while trying to keep within our budget. We did go over a tad due to upgrades unforeseen in the quoting process. These upgrades and changes were handled in stride by the Anacleto's and we still are on track to close within 2 weeks of original estimate.
We highly recommend Gerry and Lindsey to anyone looking for the total experience when designing and building their dream home. If we choose to build again, they will be the one and only team we call.

For anyone who has not been through the process of renovating or building a home, the mere thought of it can be quite overwhelming. Our goal has always been to relieve the stress for our clients. We take on the role of designer/builder, however we also take the lead on the project as advisors. Ultimately all decisions are made by the client, based on as much advice as we can give. We find that this helps to relieve pressure on all parts, have the project run smoothly and in a timely fashion as well as to help create something that everyone is proud of. Building a dream home should be a great experience, and we are happy to be involved in such large life decisions! Enjoy the home!
