Outrages price for Hot Water equipment
Reliance put my name on the bill without my consent ( It is a fraudulent act to put someone's name on the bill, and it's different from the person who signed the contract the first time). I called and spoke to customer service to dispute the buyout charges, as they were expensive and X3 or X4 times if the equipment was purchased.
I have owned the property for about four months, and when I called to settle on a fair deal, they wouldn't accept that or communicate with me.
I requested to speak to a manager or supervisor, but my request was declined as there was nothing to discuss.
Renting equipment for 10 years shouldn't be allowed.
