An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We want to commend you and your firm for the outstanding job you have done in the renovation project in our apartment in the Shaw Tower. We had some general ideas of how we wanted to create our "Cabin in the Sky". We worked an iterative process in which Jacqueline made suggestions for materials, colors and textures. She then stayed with the project to work with the craftsmen and other contractors to assure the designs were turned into reality. The workmanship was first rate. We have done other renovations in other locations and we would rank Klondike's work as superior to any of the others. In particular, we have enjoyed working with Lief and Louie and their very positive "anything can be done" attitude; not to mention their very highly skilled woodworking ability. We were very conscious of both time and budget considerations. This was complicated by the fact that our main residence is in Southern California so we had to work mostly remotely. Once again you lived up to your commitments in these areas. In any project of this magnitude there will invariably be some communication issues. On the few occasions where this did occur Eric was quick to step in and resolve the issues. We would highly recommend your services to anyone who is considering a high end renovation project.
