An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I am the strata council president for the Baybreeze condo building located in Vancouver’s west end. Recently, we worked with Klondike construction on renovations to our building lobby.
In all stages of the process --from bidding to contracting to execution-- Klondike was a pleasure to deal with. Communication was clear, their trades did good work and were friendly. The various issues and complications that normally arise were dealt with professionally and courteously. There was a genuine commitment to the work being done properly which is rare these days in my experience.
