I contacted Classic Touch Upholstery because I wanted to update my 1970s sofa, love seat, and chair.  I loved the woodwork on the three pieces but the fabric had gotten old and the pillows were flat.   
Julio from Classic Touch Upholstery first came to my house to provide me with a quote for the upholstery project. He was prepared to spend whatever time I needed to help select the fabric and discuss the associated costs.   
Because I wanted some changes made to the style of the three pieces, Maria, the owner of Classic Touch Upholstery, also came to my home to personally assess what I wanted and to offer suggestions.  The cost of the sofa reflects rebuilding of the interior structure, down pillows and the fabric.
Maria takes great pride in her work and her company.  Her pride was reflected in the excellent workmanship and attention to detail, which was evident in the quality of the finished product.  Her follow-up phone call further exemplified the care she takes in dealing with her customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
