I went with this company after getting a referral from a coworker. From the get go it was not the most professional service. Calls not being returned, deadlines not being met. The installers who came by were down right rude. They trudged through the house without removing their work boots, did no after cleanup and were not accurate about schedules of work. They were content to leave the exterior portions of the windows uncapped on three windows (On a Friday before a long weekend no less.). Shims were left untrimmed and it was clear the insulation was not uniform. Had one of the installers return to finish the insulation and he was down right disrespectful. More to the point I now have damage done to my drywall from his careless use of his ladder. All in all terrible service and sub-par workmanship. I would go out of my way to steer people way from doing business with them.

- Improve communication with customers and ensure all workers are trained in proper ways with dealing with customers with respect.
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- At this stage I would go to a Home Depot or Rona type store and get a list of approved contractors from them and then research online for reviews of service.
