Land Of Lakes Roofing

I hired them in 2013 and they did a good job. Late start due to hold ups at other jobs, but ok. This spring I hired them to remove a chimney, and the owner talked me into doing another part of the roof too. They removed the air vent and didn't replace it. I must have phoned at least 7 times. This winter I have ice dams and icicles on both sides of my eavestrough and loose boards. Not happy.

This was a nightmare from the beginning. Job was not started on time as Kevin had to address roof issues out of town(should have been my first hint) however I had contacted a neighbour who gave his company a thumbs up. Workers were not around during the day but showed up at night & continued working in pitch black until I told them to go home. They broke my handrail on my front & side porch. Repaired them very shabbily. Major roof leak in my kitchen. Could never get a hold of Kevin for repairs after that. Had someone else fix the leak in the kitchen & was told what a shabby job had been done on the roof. Now I have major water coming in my 4 seasons room. Don’t hire these guys.

Cannot believe this. Complete new roof Nov. 2016. Back hall ceiling falls down due to severe roof leak from very poor roofing job. Utility room ceiling about to fall off. Cannot get Kevin to make this right. We should have read the BBB reviews on this guy. How can someone get away with stuff like this?

Owner Kevin Fenner was great to deal with and very helpful. We are very happy with the job they did. Offered fair pricing and good warranties. Were quick to answers calls and questions.

I was originally very happy to find this company to do my cottage
cedar roof. The job was delayed many times due to the owner's health, but he kept in touch so I was not overly concerned. Once started, the job went fairly well and the roof was very attractive. However, the roofers left the ridge vent damaged, so I requested that this be fixed when I made the final payment (big mistake). I was promised that this would be fixed, but it has never happened. This was 2 years ago. Since then the cottage has been infected with mice each winter- which had never happened in 50 years. Also, I recently engaged a professional architect to do an addition. When he inspected the roof, he said the top row of shingles was incorrectly installed, without a double layer and with nails exposed so that this would eventually ruin the shingles and cause water damage.

We hired this company to redo the entire roof of our house. The owner was very sick, yet still was able to meet with us, explain every choice we had, go through options, warranty and details and coordinate the work with his crew. They did an amazing job! This house was delapidated and we've completely gutted it and redid everything, starting with the roof which now looks beautiful ....and more importantly, doesn't leak! To prove the quality of their work, we had just about every neighbour around on our street come by during the time they were doing the roof and compliment on their work! I truly wish the owner the very best, and hope he gets better! I have recommended this company to people already and we will be contacting them again for our next house!
