Unlike bed bugs, the honest business person in pest control is a dying breed! I suspected we may have bedbugs, Mike at Purity not only was professional and knowledgable, he calmed me down and did not push the panic button. We took him a specimen, he helped identify the problem (which were NOT bed bugs) and pointed us in the right direction to solve our problem......ALL FOR FREE!!!!! I kid you not, he put up with my internet inspired paranoia, and calmly helped. He is a professional and a gentleman and did not push any unnecessary services or products. I wish there were more Michael Goldmans and fewer bed bugs in this world! Now let's see if the company he referred us to can meet "the Goldman" standard! - Identify the problem first! There are tons of companies out there that will push expensive solutions that will do nothing to help you out and they most likely don't guarantee their work!

There are still some good guys out there but because bed bugs have become such a cash cow for some, many people with no entomology background are just trying to capitalize on people's fears and bad situations.
