Words cannot express how relieved I was to meet Michael and his dog Radar. I was in a high state of anxiety over fears that my family had been in contact with bed bugs while away on vacation. Michael and Radar met us at home right after we returned from the airport. And this was on a Sunday night in the middle of the winter holiday season! Radar walked through our house and inspected all of our luggage and this was money well spent for the peace of mind. I am beyond impressed and grateful for Michael's responsiveness and professionalism. He is a soothing and calming presence and Radar is so sweet! Thank you, Michael and Radar!
