Titan Construction

We had a water leak from our roof in July. Titan was a preferred vendor with our insurance company so we used them and it was a huge mistake. In the initial inspection, we noted moisture behind a wall and visible moisture damage to the ceiling. They completed asbestos testing in July and stated that there was no asbestos. We were away on vacation and they "completed" the work while we were gone. All they completed was scraping the ceiling and putting on a new ceiling texture. They never communicated they could not provide the same texture as we had and picked a new ceiling without consulting us at all. They never removed any of the damaged drywall. We refused to sign the completion certificate so they sent an inspector. The inspector provided a scope of work to remove the wall and a portion of the ceiling. When Titan returned to work, they completed another asbestos test that came back positive in the same location! IF they had completed what they claimed to have done the first time, they would have exposed us and their workers to asbestos due to incompetence in the asbestos testing.
Their project manager Alex provides zero communication without being forced. I receive no updates on the plan or timelines. He seems to think it is fine to have work completed in the house without communicating with the homeowner. I have often had unanswered calls for a week and when I do finally get a hold of him, he is annoyed that I had the audacity to want to understand how long my living room will be torn apart with the vapor barrier slowly peeling from the ceiling due to the weight of the insulation. If you choose to utilize Titan and Alex is assigned as your project manager, call another company and save yourself the headache.

I had a leak problem. They cut open my ceiling fixed the leak and repairs and painted the ceiling. The workers are very professional, clean and caring. The work they do shows they have pride in their job. Treat the job as if it was their own house.

Basement flooded due to heavy spring rains. Titan did all the demolition work and repaired all the water logged materials. Everyone was exceptional to work with and the contractor Ed was superb when repairing the damage. Highly recommend and can't say enough about this company and their contractor Ed.

Had a fire in Feb of this year. My Insurance company mentioned Titan as one of their restoration companies,that they deal with. So! I went with Titan and could not have chosen a better restoration company to go with. Love what they did with my place! Thank you Titan!

Titan did a great job mitigating the damaged to a portion of our home with water and on the work on the subsequent restoration.

The crew and all people involved in the restoration of our home did an excellent job. They were professional, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. We were very happy with how quickly they responded to our damage and how efficient the supervisor and workers all were.

We had a flooded basement that affected 3 rooms. Our Insurance company recommended Titan Construction in Edmonton and we are glad they did. Titan was extremely quick about getting on site to tackle the issues, remove all water damaged flooring and underlay and set up a fan system and dehumidifier to dry things up. They kept the different trades coming keeping the project going. Very punctual, courteous and respectful of our needs right through to the end. Great company to work with! We would highly recommend their services.

The crew showed up in a timely manner every day. Communication was excellent via text.

We had a kitchen fire shortly after moving into our new home. Titan Construction was one of the companies that bid for the job and we couldnt be happier with their service. Dale is a fantastic project manager and is very easy to work with. For example, we had some questions for him and instead of going back and forth via text, he turned around on the highway and came to speak with us in person. If we ever need emergency services again I will instruct my insurance company to call Titan. Well likely call on them to finish our basement bathroom in the near future. Couldnt recommend them more highly!

The water line to the outside tap was leaking and totally saturated the insulation and drywall one one wall in a basement room. Titan responded very quickly and set up fans and a dehumidifier to dry the wall. Once it was dry the wall and insulation were removed. In a couple of weeks Titan set out a technician who completed the necessary repairs. I cant say enough about how professional the technician was and his work was exceptional. I couldnt be happier with the end results.
