Worked with Dan after we suffered a water loss. Dan was timely, meticulous, professional, empathetic, and approachable. He arranged many trade professionals on our behalf.

When we faced delays with contractors, Dan fought hard to ensure minimized delay. His service and the quality of the work delivered by his crew are confidence-inspiring.

My wife and I highly recommend the work he did. My wife and I have no financial interest in any of the work he did: we are just happy customers.

Titan was hired by my insurance company to remove and document my property inside the house then demolish the house after a fire last xmas day. I'd like to add that only 1 room was destroyed with severe damage to the second floor directly above the room that was destroyed. I walked through the house the morning after the fire, I know that most of the Items they could not "identify"were not in that room or above it, My home being declared a total loss was due to smoke and water damage not complete destruction by fire! I was told by my adjuster that these people were professionals and he talked me out of being there myself when the house was cleared. The documentation of contents they sent me was missing so much of what was in the house I was stunned. What they did document gave the impression this was the first time they had ever done this kind of work, bags filled and marked unknown items, unknown personal papers empty paint cans and drywall mud containers burnt brooms mops etc.If you believed their report all I had for clothes was 10 pair of socks and 6 t shirts. The only thing in detail that was somewhat accurate was the contents of the refrigerator. So they then destroyed what they did document as unknown items and personal papers including recites, tax documents etc claiming it all as unrecoverable even though they send me photos proving that they were still legible. The people who work at Titan for whatever reason made a difficult time infinitely worst convincing me to hire a lawyer and let him deal with these people. Coincedently I'v just been told that anouther company has been contracted to finish the demolition of the house with no mention of Titan.

Great service, clean and professional, and finished on time. They worked with our insurance and estimate was fair as well.

My basement received water damage due to an incomplete vapour barrier provided by my builder. Titan was hired to fix, and provided timely professional service. We contracted them to add a subfloor and frame partitions when the fix was done. Titan provided valuable feedback to planning the basement. Being a carpenter myself, they carpenters on staff were very skilled and knowledgeable and helped us plan the best option for the basement. We are very happy with the service and would Definitely recommend them to others.

Dealt with Titan Construction to renovate my bathroom. Insurance Claim. Daniel from Titan very quickly took control of the situation and had it cleaned up before we got to bed that night. Things fell into place very quickly. We called Titan when our sump pump failed and the basement flooded. They were on-site within two hours, and handled everything so professionally. The basement looks so much better than it ever did before and they even constructed built-in cabinet doors to cover the breaker box, where it had been just a gaping hole in the wall from when the home was built. Tomas and his team communicated with me the whole time, and followed up on everything as promised. Couldn't be happier with Titan!

We had an Insurance claim that we required some water damage fixed, for the most part they resolved that, however where the issues began was with our one bathroom where we hired them to renovate our bathroom.

They Demolished and Renovated our bathroom within typical contractor time(two months), when estimated a month.

I will list the Pros:
- Contractors they used were Friendly and Some what on time
- Cost was Reasonable(if accurate to the final invoice)

Cons:
- Quoted one price, then Charged another(this is common, however the added charges where not on the original invoice, but stated they were forgotten)
- There were Several deficiencies, that should have been addressed or discussed prior to finishing project

Overall, I would say Titan is good, but requires better COMMUNICATION, especially when comes to deficiencies, and payment...
