We were extremly satisfied with the contractor they sent to us. However, dealing with the office staff was very frustrating. They were VERY slow to return phone calls and emails to the point we almost didn't continue with them. In the end, we are very happy we did continue with the project because Josh did fantastic work. The end result was nicer than we expected.
