Ideal Insulation & Roofing

Ideal Insulation did a great job with the replacement of the old roof at our home. From cradle to grave the project was handled with the utmost professionalism and care. Our Technical Sales rep Carlos was responsive, knowledgeable and guided us through the process in picking the best roofing products to suit our home both functionally and aesthetically.

Mike came and gave me an evaluation of my issues and was very professional and personable. We are doing Renos next year and was concerned over some water spotting . Mike inspected the attic and said a fix could be done during or after the Renos. Took pictures and created a file so we could proceed after or during Reno. Appraisal of the work indicated a minor fix. Thanks for service and free estimate. Will proceed with work after or during Reno.

Ideal is the first company of 4 that was able to determine the cause of our issue, and suggest a feasible remedy. Explanations were easily understood regarding various options and probable results expected.
Communication was excellent as was the service.
Workers were polite, tidy and helpful in answering my questions.
Both before and after photos provided regarding the work to be done and completed.

Mike and his team have been wonderful. Mike took the time to give us a thorough quote, showed us pictures. and walked us through our options. His team came out about a week later and were prompt and friendly in getting the job done. Afterwards Mike sent out a series of pictures to show the changes to our attic.

Our top floor has never been so comfortable and we're grateful for the work done by Ideal.

Wood chip insulation removed and disposed of and blow in insulation replacement a week later. Needed to have vents added as well as my soffits we just for show. They were polite, professional, and clean,l. The roofer who cut the vents in our roof could have communicated better with us. Ie he didn't tell us the job was done, that he was leaving, or that he has connected our fan vent hose. He cleaned up after himself and was unobtrusive enough that we disnt notice when a roofer left so that is saying something.

Nothing but good things to say about my experience with this company. The sales person, Mike was extremely knowledgeable and showed me photographs of my existing attic insulation and recommendations for the upgrade. The crew who did the work arrived earlier than their scheduled time, which was a bonus and they were very efficient and cleaned up amazingly well at the end. Mike then sent me more photographs after the project was complete.
I highly recommend this company.

Project manager was very professional in answering all questions we had, was accommodating and flexible with arranging the timing for the installation of our project.

Carlos and his crew had originally brought us up to R50 a couple of years ago, so called them, the furnance and insurance people when we saw a water stain on our ceiling. Carlos was the first to respond. He came promply, assesses the situation, gave us solutions, directions and waited til everything was dry. His crew had alrrady removed all the wet insulation. Once all was corrected we were re-insulated. I would highly recommend using this company for all your insulations needs. They always do the work well, clean work site and all are so polite and pleasant.
